Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the Journey = Full refund

Cancellations made within 6 to 24 hours before the journey = 75% refund

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the journey = No refund

No-shows without cancellation = No refund

If Airport Lift fails to provide the service (e.g., driver doesn’t arrive), customers will receive a full refund

Refunds are processed within 3 working days to the original payment method
