These terms apply to every booking made with Airport Lift UK LTD ("Airport Lift").
Bookings and quotes
All prices are quoted and confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are fixed provided the journey details are unchanged. Additional stops, changes of route or extra waiting time may attract additional charges — always agreed with you first.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the fare; no-shows may be charged the full fare.
Waiting time
Every airport pick-up includes 1 full hour of free waiting from the moment your flight lands — regardless of any delay — whether you've chosen a standard pick-up or Meet & Greet. Additional waiting time beyond that hour is charged in 15-minute increments at prevailing rates.
Meet & Greet parking
Your driver meets you inside arrivals. At some airports or on some occasions, reaching the parked vehicle afterwards may involve a 10–15 minute walk. The closest car parks may be reserved for pick-up and drop-off only, and vehicles cannot be left unattended while your driver comes to meet you. Customers selecting Meet & Greet in the online booker are asked to acknowledge this before continuing.
Luggage
Please book the correct vehicle for your luggage. Excess luggage that does not fit the vehicle you booked may require an upgrade at additional cost.
How we fulfil your booking
In certain cases, and in certain areas, Airport Lift acts as an aggregator and works with other carefully vetted local operators to fulfil a booking on our behalf. We only ever partner with companies that share our vision and level of professionalism — licensed, DBS-checked, fully insured and held to the same standards our own drivers are. Your fixed price, terms and customer protections remain exactly the same whether your journey is carried out by an Airport Lift driver or a vetted partner, and we remain your single point of contact for the whole trip.
Liability
We track flights and account for reasonable traffic but cannot accept liability for missed flights arising from delays outside our reasonable control. Passengers are responsible for arriving at the vehicle in good time.
