These terms apply to every booking made with Airport Lift UK LTD ("Airport Lift").
Bookings and quotes
All prices are quoted and confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are fixed provided the journey details are unchanged. Additional stops, changes of route or extra waiting time may attract additional charges — always agreed with you first.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the fare; no-shows may be charged the full fare.
Waiting time
Meet & Greet bookings include 1 full hour of free waiting from the moment your flight lands — regardless of any delay. Standard airport pick-ups include 20 minutes free waiting. Additional waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments at prevailing rates.
Luggage
Please book the correct vehicle for your luggage. Excess luggage that does not fit the vehicle you booked may require an upgrade at additional cost.
Liability
We track flights and account for reasonable traffic but cannot accept liability for missed flights arising from delays outside our reasonable control. Passengers are responsible for arriving at the vehicle in good time.
