Flight delays happen. Here's exactly what happens with your pre-booked Airport Lift transfer in every scenario.
Small delay (up to 1 hour)
Your driver stays put. Meet & Greet includes 1 hour free waiting from the moment you land — no matter what caused the delay. You come through arrivals, driver is there with a board, off you go.
Medium delay (1–4 hours)
We track the flight in real time using your flight number. Our dispatcher sees the delay before you land and adjusts driver arrival automatically. You'll get a text update if the new ETA changes materially. No extra charge — flight tracking is included in every fare.
Big delay (4+ hours)
Same process — we track and adjust. If the delay is so long that a different driver has to cover you, we'll do that at no extra cost. You never pay for our dispatch problem.
Cancellation / diverted flight
Call us or reply to your booking text. If you're diverted to a different airport (rare but happens with fog), we'll re-route — usually at the same fare unless it's substantially further. If your flight is cancelled and you rebook for the next day, your return transfer moves too, free of charge.
What it costs you
Nothing extra for delay handling in almost every real-world scenario. Flight tracking, real-time updates, waiting time up to 1 hour and pickup re-timing are all included in the fare you were quoted.
