Booking months ahead for a summer holiday? You don't have to pay the whole fare up front. Here's how deposits work on our system.
The simple version
1. You book and the operator sends you a deposit payment link for part of the fare. 2. You pay the deposit by card — you get a receipt email immediately. 3. You pay the remaining balance any time before you travel, using the same kind of secure link.
Reminders so you never forget
The system automatically emails you about the outstanding balance 7 days before travel and again 48 hours before travel. Each reminder includes a fresh payment link, so there's no digging through old emails.
If a payment link has expired
Card payment links do eventually expire for security. If yours has, you can request a new one yourself from the link in your booking emails, or ask us and we'll reissue it in seconds. You never need to rebook.
Invoices and receipts
- You get a receipt for the deposit as soon as it's paid.
- A full invoice becomes available once the booking is completely paid — request it straight from your thank-you email after the trip, no phone call needed.
Why we do it this way
It locks in your fixed price months ahead (prices never change once booked) while letting you spread the cost. Get an instant fixed quote on the booking page — the price you're shown is the price you pay, whether you settle it now or in two instalments.
